Slalom Speaks is a way for Slalom employees to inspire and connect with others by sharing their stories—from funny and lighthearted to powerful and transformational.

Slalom Presents is a virtual event series featuring bold, unexpected, inspiring, and educational conversations with the world’s leading voices on topics like Realizing racial equality and Coaching through a crisis.

Slalom Build Hackathons instill a culture of curiosity, innovation, collaboration, and exploration—and they give us a meaningful way to channel our collective superpowers.

Inclusion, diversity, and equity is way more than representation by the numbers.

Inclusion councils

Our local councils help oversee Slalom’s inclusion and diversity practices. They play an active role in assessing inclusion and diversity issues, setting strategic direction, and prioritizing our actions, both locally and globally. 

Widen the circle

Empathy and compassion are a never-ending quest. We offer employee and client trainings and groups that help us expand our minds, sharpen our perceptions, and make our circle of inclusion even wider.

Anti-racism: Action not promises

At Slalom, we're committed to justice, humanity, and equality. In June 2020, our CEO Brad Jackson outlined our stance against racism and introduced seven committed actions to drive profound and lasting change.

Employee Resource Groups

Our employee resource groups (ERGs) provide a warm and welcoming place for employees with common interests and goals, backgrounds, and ideologies to connect and learn from one another. These groups are open to all Slalom employees and are led by an executive sponsor, global lead(s), and local-level chapters.
